Akriderm UK - is an ointment for the treatment of skin diseases, including those caused by allergic reactions and bacterial infection.

Release form and composition

Akriderm SC is produced in the form of white to cream colored ointment for external application, with a slight specific odor in tubes of 15 g and '30

1 g contains 640 mg of betamethasone dipropionate and 30 mg of salicylic acid.

Excipients - vaseline and liquid paraffin.

Indications

Ointment Akriderm SC, according to the instructions shown in the treatment of subacute and chronic dermatoses which are accompanied by hyperkeratosis and sensitive to external corticosteroids:

  • Limited and diffuse neurodermatitis;
  • Disgidroticheskogo dermatitis;
  • Eczema;
  • Psoriasis;
  • Ichthyosis and ichthyosiform changes;
  • Planus.

Contraindications

Application Akriderm SC is contraindicated in:

  • Hypersensitivity to the drug;
  • Perioral dermatitis;
  • Tuberculosis of the skin;
  • Viral infections of the skin;
  • Rosacea (pink acne);
  • Vaccinations.

There are no data on the safety of the local effects of the drug during pregnancy.

If Akriderm SC administered during lactation, it is necessary to give at the time of its application to breastfeed.

Dosage and Administration

Akriderm IC according to instructions, applied to the inflamed skin surface with a thin layer in the morning and evening. The multiplicity of the application 1-3 times a day, the exact dosage is established based on individual physician testimony.

Akriderm SC should not be applied to the skin near the eyes. Not recommended long-term treatment with ointment skin because of the risk of perioral dermatitis, rosacea, skin atrophy or acne.

Cautions

Children under 12 years should use the ointment under medical supervision, because long-term use can lead to increased absorption of active ingredients, and the appearance of systemic side effects.
