Release form and composition

Azopt produced in the form of eye drops based brinzolamide. Drops are sold in plastic bottles Drop Tainer 5 ml dropper-dispenser.

In 1 ml of a 1% ophthalmic suspension contains 10 mg brinzolamide.

Excipients:

  • Benzalkonium chloride;
  • Mannitol;
  • sodium chloride;
  • Tyloxapol;
  • Purified water;
  • Hydrochloric acid and / or sodium hydroxide;
  • Disodium edetad;
  • Carbomer (974P).

Brinzolamide enters the systemic circulation and is absorbed into erythrocytes. Displayed in the urine.

Indications
