Akriderm - combined preparation for external use, has anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial action.

Release form and composition

Akriderm produced in the form 0, 064% creams and ointments for topical application in the aluminum tubes of 15 g and '30

In 1 g product contains 640 mg of betamethasone dipropionate. Excipients: vaseline oil, paraffin wax emulsifier, petrolatum, propylene glycol, Trilon B, sodium sulfite, purified water, nipagin.

Indications

The active ingredient of the drug has antipruritic, antibacterial and vasoconstrictor action. Akriderm reduces vascular tissue permeability and prevents the formation of inflammatory edema; It shows no activity against anaerobes, fungi and viruses.

According to the instructions, Akriderm used to treat:

  • Acute, subacute and chronic contact dermatitis;
  • Atopic, professional, solar, disgidroticheskogo dermatitis;
  • Neurodermatitis;
  • Itching;
  • Psoriasis;
  • Acute and chronic forms of non-allergic dermatitis.

Contraindications

Application Akriderma has the following contraindications:

  • TB skin;
  • Vaccine reactions;
  • chickenpox;
  • Viral infections of the skin;
  • Herpes simplex;
  • Rosacea (rosacea);
  • Perioral dermatitis;
  • Individual intolerance to any component of the formulation;
  • Lactation;
  • Children under the age of 1 year.

Safety of Akriderma during pregnancy has not been established, therefore use the drug during this period only on strict conditions and in small doses.

Dosage and Administration

According to the instructions, Akriderm recommended to apply, gently rubbing on the affected skin 1 to 3 times per day.

The duration of treatment depends on the disease and the therapeutic effect, but do not exceed three weeks. If within two weeks of the drug improvement does not occur, it should be put notify your doctor.

Cautions

Children under 12 years of drug is used only on strict conditions and under the supervision of a physician.

Akriderm not recommended for long-term treatment of facial skin.

To prevent the development of fungal infection, glaucoma, cataracts and acute herpes infection should not cause the drug in the eye.
