Word "Cardiology"   It comes from two Greek words - kardia   (Heart), and logos   (Teaching). This branch of medicine studies the structure and function of the heart, causes of diseases of the cardiovascular system, the mechanisms of development, clinical manifestations of disease, methods of diagnosis of diseases and how to treat them. In addition, children's and adult cardiology deals with disease prevention and rehabilitation of patients with various diseases of the heart and blood vessels.
